Back at the hotel, Huck finds himself drenched in the rain and ready to go back to bed. He's glad that he didn't have to leave the hotel because of the storm, because he's going to be drenched when he gets back. He asks Huck to make him some medicine so that he won't get sick again, but Huck doesn't know what to do. He tells Huck to drink the medicine to show his manhood, and Huck says that's his best drink so far. Huck tells Huck that he'll have to move out of the hotel soon, because there are so many girls waiting to be Huck's "girl friend" .
