The next thirty minutes are taken up by a conversation between the two guys. They're talking about the place where they can find out what happened before the update was made. The guys are talking about a place called the "midnight arena of carnage" , which is a place where players gather to play the midnight version of the first-person shooter. The two guys say that they've heard about this place and that it's a place for players of the "doomsday battle" . The guy doesn't want to tell them what happened, but he does want to know if they were able to find out about the "secret behind the game" before it was made public. He says that the battle was "too tragic" and that the system had to hunt down the people who discovered the secret. Eventually, the system expanded its pursuit and some of the people became guardians of the game and others used the opportunity to "kill and gain points." The guy says that he's feeling a bit down since he heard all of this. He wonders why he is suffering the same "disease" as the leader of the doomsday battle, and he wonders if the scalpel knows the answer to that. He also wonders if he has to go back into the "game" to find the answer. He thanks the guys for walking him home and says that they will meet again.
