He says that "li-meat" has always been associated with jealousy, and that the lord must have fed it to the wife. The master is drunk, and he asks for a jug of wine. He tells the master that they are already at the house. He asks the master to lock the door, but the master refuses to do so, saying that it is too late. He orders the woman to pour him wine, and the master shouts that he is the one who will send him to hell. He is so drunk that he can hardly speak. He calls for the woman, and she pours him wine. Then he screams that the "Lien beast" is killing people, and everyone runs for their lives.
