The monster explains that they should use hell-fire as a means to "explode" the souls of the children who were devoured by the "mei demon" and send them off to the afterlife. The monster's mother begs him to put out the fire so that her son can be buried with his family in the family cemetery. He refuses, saying that he has a "principal" where he never hits the elderly. He says that if the monster doesn't get him out of his sight, he'll do just that.
