About This Chapter
Mi midori asks the king if he's going to get a match for her in Japan. The king says that he'd rather have a perfect match in the U.S. than in Japan, where everyone is talking about him. Mi says that she's the only one who can match up with the king, and she wishes that she could do something even better. Mi tells the king that she cleaned the aquarium and brought in more food for the goldfish. Mi wishes that everyone in the class would treat the goldfish more kindly, and Mi says it's thanks to the story that she brought more food to the class. Mi gives the king a big hug and tells him that the next day is Mi's birthday, so Mi can buy herself something. Mi asks if the king is depressed that everyone asks for selfish things, but Mi says she did nothing wrong, and that everyone should listen to her. Mi promises to help Mi and Mi promises Mi that Mi will be with her no matter what.
