The scene opens with the butler, Soyoung, talking to the hotel's "personal butler" , Seo Yian, who is also known as the "VIP Customer Management Team" . Soyoung asks the butler why he didn't answer the phone when he went to the bar the night before. The butler tells him that the bar was "okay for me though" and that he won't be going back there again. He also tells Soyoung that there is an important wedding coming up at the hotel that weekend, and that the VIPs will be there to attend.
