In this chapter, we learn that the "Cog and Crown Inquisitor" is now a bounty hunter. He's been tracking down the whereabouts of the "Tantric Bounty Hunter" and he's found out that he tipped off the crownies about the location of the hideout. Now that he knows the location, he'll be able to track down the other two fugitives.
