The next morning, Dr. Rivers comes back with a huge bag of medicine, which he's been given by the doctor. Rivers is all, "Gee, I wish he'd just come home and tell me what's wrong with the kid." He's also worried that the kid is going to die soon. Rivers tries to eat the medicine, but it's so bitter that he can't chew it. The doctor also comes back and gives him a bunch of medicine to take with him. Rivers starts to feel sick, so he asks the doctor if he can have some water to help him swallow the medicine better. Rivers thanks the doctor for giving him the medicine and says he'll be back soon.
