This chapter's epigraph comes from a conversation between Caio and Corin. Caio asks Corin if he remembers what Caio said to him. Corin replies that he does, and Caio says that he remembers everything he said to Caio. He says that Caio's transformation has to take place in three days, and that he will find a way to help Caio get out of the dungeon. Unsure of what to do, Caio tells Caio to stop staring at him like that, and to let Caio play with his new toy, Tyaga. Ignoring Caio, Corin asks Caio why he isn't letting Caio in to play with Tyaga anymore, and is told to hurry and let him in.
