About This Chapter
The second day of the tournament is upon us, and we're starting to get a little bored. We're not sure what's going on, but we do know that Hirokazu's not doing too well, and that he's about to face double-decker in his third match of the competition. We wonder what the heck's wrong with him, and what he can do to stop it. We also learn that he has a sister, Akatsuki, who's also in the tournament, and she's just as good as his sister, and so he should be able to beat him. We learn that the coach, kawarada, coached the shinjo team and the carlos team back in the day, so it's no surprise that they're better than they were when they first came to the tournament. We don't know what to make of that, though, because we've heard that he doesn't seem to be a great mentor. Hirokazuma says he'll have to take care of himself in the second round, and he'd like to see if he can beat him, too. He's sure that he can, but he'm not sure if it'll be a good enough match for him to win. He also says that he won't like the guy's name, because he thinks the guy isn't really famous, and it makes him feel better that he suddenly has something to prove. We get the feeling that a lot of the spectators at the tournament are watching the match, too, and are interested in the "mysteri-ous japanese wild-card" player, who is fighting against double decker. We hear that the crowd is chanting "maguma," and that the guy is "buttering me up" . The crowd changes sides after one attack, and the chants go from "Maguma !" to "he was buttering me
