Inside the dojo, marvin is super excited. He's going to learn the secrets of karate. He waves to ulysses, who's sitting in the back of the class. He tells marvin that his obi is not tied, which means that he's not wearing a belt, which is the Japanese word for a belt. He flips over and rolls across the floor. The wall of the dojo is soft, fleshy, and has a bad temper. Master wong tells him that karate is about using your empty hand to defend yourself. But marvin isn't listening. He jumps around the room, like a kangaroo, jabbing imaginary enemies with his fists. He groans as they all leave the dojo. He says that they're too tired to keep going, but that they should stick with him and learn from him.
