The narrator begins this chapter by saying that if a person were to become a werewolf, they could be killed. He then goes on to say that if they were to be found and taken away in a human form, they would be killed as well. He also says that the Duchess of York is trying to trick people into believing that they are wolves. The narrator says that women have always been at the forefront of revolution. He says that a woman lost her brother, a husband, and a daughter. The Duchess thinks that women are weak and need to be helped, but the narrator points out that this is not the case. Women have always had to give in to help, he says, and this will make the wolves red faster. He adds that if the Duchess were to stop saying that girls should watch out, some boys should be watching out for them, and that they should just fuck their own blood, she would be a duchess.
