This is a locked chapterCHAPTER 14 PREFECTURE TOURNAMENT: GROUP FIGHT 1
About This Chapter
The girls prepare for the group fight, which will determine who will advance to the second round of the tournament. One of the girls wonders if aikawa will be in the tournament, and the other wonders if the other girls will also be in it. The girls discuss the fact that the white belt team, led by log shinya, has never been to the tournament before, and they wonder if they will be able to defeat the other two. The other girls wonder if the team will throw away the fight with maeda, and wonder if makio and yuki will also have a chance to defeat them. They wonder what it means to be the leader of the team, and what it will mean for them to win two victories in the group fights. They worry that they will not have enough time to prepare for each other's fights, and that their opponent will be too strong for them, and so they will have to rely on their own fighting skills. They ask why they are getting so prepared, and he tells them that the opponent they are facing is too strong. He tells them to be patient, and to trust that he will win the fight. He says that he is happy that he can fight someone strong, and wonders if he should trust his opponent. He wonders if they are going to trust him with that, and if he will trust them with that. He is surprised that they took so much time to teach him, so that they could win.
