This is a fancy way of saying that the opponent has to wear a helmet and stand on a foot guard while the other guy is fighting. This guy is called "Kiosaka" , and he's a second-year student at the local club. He's super-fast, but he doesn't seem to like his new friend, "San." The guy is super-confident, but "San" is a beginner at the club, so he can't figure out how to fight him. The guy's got a lot of speed, and his legs are so fast that they're really hard to keep up with. So, the guy has no chance.
