The next morning, Dong-hwa arrives at the apartment. He's worried because he's met a couple in the elevator and they're in love, but he can't figure out why they'd want to see each other. He also realizes that there are married couples who are happy together, but who have their own threads. He tries to calm himself down, but can do nothing to stop liking him.
