It's just been a few days since the last time we saw Roxane, and now she's back in town. She's here to fix a fan that her mom asked her to fix. The guy who's fixing the fan tells Roxane that his mom asked him to fix the fan because she wanted a "functional" for it, and he's done it. He's super excited about the whole thing. Roxane's all, "that's amazing" , and the guy's like, "yeah, that's cool" . He tells her that he has a meeting with his editor, and that he'll have to put the story up on the web ASAP. He doesn't want his fans to know about it, though, because it'll make it look like he was eavesdropping on them. He wants to wait until after the shop closes, and then he can come back the next day. But Roxane isn't having any of this, so she tells him to come back tomorrow. She tells him that she'll be back tomorrow, too, but he can't come back until the shop is closed.
