In this chapter, we learn that the green buto sword, buto ii, is one of ten buto weapons that were defeated by the Green buto in battle 25 years ago. The only problem with this sword, however, is that it's made from horns, which means that it can't be easily stolen. So the only way to protect this sword is to make sure that no one tries to steal it. In other words, if you steal it, you're not going to be able to get it back. The narrator then tells us that they're in the waka forest to find someone who can help angkasa create a black crows guild. He says that she already knows how to use elemental magics at a young age, and she's called ookirana.
