In this chapter, Huck continues his tale of the fall. He tells the reader that he was lost in a dream, and that rebecca had grown up to be a witch. Huck says that he will show the reader what he saw while he was falling, and he will not let Huck ever again be afraid. Huck tells the audience that he is not asking Huck to join forces with his enemies, but to let himself go. He says that if Huck challenges him with a no, he will make Huck and patrick his prisoners for the rest of their days.
