The scene opens with the disembodied voice of aizawa, who tells the audience that he is not who he says he is. He tells them that his body is not his, but that it belongs to his friend edna. He asks the audience to help him break down the door so that he can see what is going on around her. He then tells them about the dark entities that are around her, and how they are attracted to the negative energy of humans. He explains that he has been seeing esna mourning for him, and that she does not know that he and she have been meeting there every afternoon for the past three months. He says that he fell into love with her one day and that he was supposed to tell her about his feelings for her.
