In a riverside town in the south of France, a boy named "gray" and his sister, "amelie," are staying the night. They're excited to be in the big city, but they're also nervous about being separated from their family because of the "unicol" problem. They ask the old man where he is, and he tells them that he's been bought out by the master of the house. They tell him that their parents' debts have been paid off, and they want him to take them away from the town once they defeat their sister. The old man agrees, and the two of them set off to find the master.
