In this short scene, a hungry kitten is rescued by his mother and brought to her house. The kitten begs her to give him food, but she refuses, saying that she is busy with her work. She tells the kitten that she has bought a chick and that she will raise it, but that she does not know how to care for it. When the kitten learns that the chick has been dumped in the trash, she cries out, "Help me! My, my, your, you shouldnt do that" , and the kitten rushes to her rescue.
