It's been a while since we've heard from Dr. Rivers, and now he's back in the office. He's got a bunch of paper work to sort out, and he can't seem to figure out a way to get the rest of his invoices paid. He tells Rivers that his certs have all been messed up, and that there's no way he'll be able to pay his bills. Rivers is all, "damn it, you're so lucky you have this" , and then he starts to cry.
