In this chapter, Huck finds himself in the middle of a conversation with his pig-like friend, puss. Huck tells his friend that he's not making any mess in the pig-house, and that he doesn't know who's been messing around with the razors in the kitchen. Huck says he'll catch them if they return and find the mess in there. He's also worried that they're going to find a way to make it look like the kitchen is full of food. Huck and his friend decide to go to the police station and find out what's going on.
