Back at the government special care hospital, the vice captain tells the patient that he's back. He's not sure if he should call the patient by his first name or by his last name. The vice captain says that he doesn't understand why the patient didn't just get rid of him. He says that if the patient goes on to live as a normal person, he'll do nothing to him. If the patient lives like a puppet, he says, he won't have anything to do with him anymore. He also says that the only reason he exists is to do his mission, which is to serve the government. He has no reason to stay at the hospital, but he still hopes that the patient will live his last days as normal.
