This chapter opens with a flashback to the events of the previous chapter, in which Fuxi and Bellbird discuss the events that took place during the previous day's battle. The flashback shows that Bellbird was seriously wounded during the battle, but the wounds have largely healed since then. Fuxi, however, is not satisfied with Bellbird's account of the events, and he launches into a tirade against the "fakes" in the group. He declares that everyone is a fake, but that they are good people.
