We're not sure what to make of this, but we're guessing that it's because the protagonist's body is so big that he can't fit in the bra anymore. The protagonist is all, "what's the deal with that bra?" . Then he realizes that the bra makes his breasts look big, which makes him feel like a giant goddess. He asks the protagonist if she's a man or a woman, and the protagonist says, "I knew you were a man when I saw you in the mirror" . This is the first time the protagonist has ever seen a woman in a man's clothes, so he assumes that the woman is a man.
