The chapter opens with Rosaline complaining that she's been drinking too much. She's worried that the other women in her division are jealous of her new job. She tells Rosaline that she wants to leave her with a supervisor, but Rosaline says that she doesn't want to leave Rosaline with too many supervisors. Rosaline tells her that they'll figure out a way to make it work. She says that Rosaline is still just a new guy, and that he could learn a lot from the ladies in his division. She asks Rosaline to finish her drink so that she won't get carried away. When Rosaline asks if she can squeeze some water out of her, Rosaline replies that she can if she leans on her like a sack already. She also says that if Rosaline were a girl, she'd be happy to have her around.
