The chapter opens with a soliloquy by the sadistic president of the masochistic company. He tells his secretary, Momota, that he wants her to be his "exclusive queen" and that she should "step in that case" . He asks her to "squish" his "butt" and "rub" his face on , but she says that she doesn't have a "sadist side" in her. She tells him that she wants to know more about him and his "frightful fetish" , and he says that this is the "place that gives the greatest pleasure" to him. He invites her to come with him to the "beautiful world" of "deviants," and she agrees, saying that she believes that she can be his queen. He says that he has brought a young girl with him, and that the girl is his new secretary. He teases her by saying that he believes she can "bloom or not" and welcomes her with open arms. He then tells her that she has to "come with us . . young one" and welcome to the world. He calls the girl a "twitch twitch jerk" and says that getting tied up naked is "shameful." He then smacks the girl, who is wearing a high-heeled shoe, and she says she loves the pain.
