In this chapter, we learn that the girl from the beginning of the story was the one who kicked the ribbon in the air. We learn that she was the girl who had been hanging out with the "annoying upperclassman" earlier in the story, and that she had seen the girl being dragged off by the "one hind it" . We also learn that this is the same girl who was the "real culprit" in the previous chapter.
