She says that it would be nice to feel that she has passed the torch of power to the King smoothly. The Queen says that she is sorry that she cannot hold a conversation. She tells the King that he should take it easy and have some yummy food. The King says that he is not very good with conversations. He asks the Queen if she is an airhead. She replies that she was, and she was shocked, but also a wonderful person. She also says that when she heard the Queen was a first year, she was an amazing person. He gives her the Queen's ribbon. He says he will keep it for her. He tells the Queen that he feels like he wants to give it his best, in his own way.
