In his dream, Nemo asks what's wrong with Yon-nam-hee's health. Nemo says that he's been having a secret admirer, and that's why he was able to figure out that it was time for him to tell Yon-Nam-hee about it. He's also been seeing Yon-Namu-hee for a while now, so he figured it's time to tell him about it, too. He tells Nemo that he needs to take care of the situation now. He says that they need to be more specific about what they're going to do about the color powder war in front of the hospital. The best way to get that done is to shut the hospital down, he says. If the hospital finds out that Nemo blew through the hospital's funding already, he'll be out of a job.
