In this chapter, we learn that Hiroshi wishes to go to the seashore with his childhood friend, who is his first love. Hiroshi has given his friend a cut-out dress, which she has given him as a gift when they were children. When Hiroshi asks if Hiroshi wants him to stay, Hiroshi replies that he wants to go and enjoy himself. He then tells Hiroshi that he will return the dress to his friend , who will then return it to Hiroshi. As Hiroshi prepares to leave, he notices that his friend has caught a fever, and that lala will be staying behind to take care of him
