In this final scene before the climactic battle, the three women discuss what has happened. The three women decide that they are going to eat the "sanitary" waste that has accumulated in the sewer, and that they will go to the "bathroom" to do so. When the women leave the room, they find that the bathroom is on the left side of the room. When they look outside, they see that the door has been unlocked. The women are horrified at the sight of the waste, and they begin to worry about what will happen to them if they fail to escape. The sisters decide that the only way to escape is to "suck something off" of the body, and this is what they do.
