In the middle of the night, the Governess wakes up to find that her daughter, Coco, has snuck out of the house. The Governess is worried about her daughter's safety, so she sends her son-in-law, Clop, to find her daughter. When Clop arrives, he discovers that his daughter is already inside the house, and that her mother has gone missing. Clop tries to convince his daughter to stay inside, but she refuses.
