Dr. Rivers opens the door to his office and tells the new patient that he's free to go home. The new patient is shocked to find that he has to leave the hospital immediately. He can't wait to go back to his old life. The doctor tells him that he can go home now, but he'll have to stay in the hospital for a week to check on the patient. The patient says that the next time he goes back to the hospital, the doctor will be there to see him. The next time the patient goes back into the hospital he finds that the doctor has hidden a bunch of surgical tools in a dark cellar. He's shocked to see that there's blood everywhere.
