The Nurse rushes in to tell the patient that he has been shot. The Nurse tells the patient to get away from the monster, but the patient refuses to leave the room. He begs the Nurse to shoot the monster in the face, but she refuses to do so, saying that the monster is too big and that it must be killed. She orders the guards to surround the patient and kill him if he cannot be brought back. When the guards arrive, the Nurse screams, "They are shooting us! They wanna kill us! they want to kill us all!"
