In this short scene, Prince Akaharu tells his younger brother, Akiharu, that he will not give him a necktie and that no one calls him prince anymore. He tells him that he does not recall ever falling for anyone, but that he is afraid that if he were to call him an idiot, he would be scared of the world. He then tells him about his decision to ask Akashi as an assistant to help him with the festival. He asks Akashi to go ahead and tell him what he wants to know.
