The narrator tells the audience that he's going to tell Kim that she's in love with someone else. He's not going to pretend that he doesn't care about her feelings. He wants her to acknowledge her feelings and respond to them. Kim is all, "Oh, yeah, I love you, too" . The narrator then tells us that Kim and Tokimasa are having a good time.
