This is the second episode in the series. It's called "Locker Game Nobita Akiharu" and it's about a guy who's a transfer student from a second-year class. He asks a guy named Siohji if he'll be his regimental for the rest of his life. The guy doesn't want to answer, so he's going to keep pressing him for an answer until he decides to answer. He's worried that the other students are going to know about it and start teasing him about it. He has to hurry one school from up to the top of the hill so he can give it back to the middle school. He also wants to hurry the other school so they don't have to come back and give it to him. He wants to know what's up with the tie, and he wants to be able to explain it to the other guys. He can't figure out how a guy like him could be so close to a guy that's not even his own class. The other guys are like, "you're just trying to get close to me, and I'm not even close to you" , and the guy is like, you're totally not listening to what I'
