In this chapter, we learn that the Gleam family is planning to kill the little boy because he is a member of their gang. The Gleam gang is carrying a drug called "type ii," which is much stronger than the "type i" drug that the kid was carrying. This drug is so strong that Gleam is confident that he will be able to defeat the little kid.
