In this chapter, Rakshasa delivers a soliloquy in which she explains that she is an independent woman of the modern age and that she cannot take advantage of the rich men in her life. She explains that her grandfather's final wish was for her to be happy, but that knowing her enemies is the only way to find happiness. She compares herself to the eldest son of the family, who is an idol, an actor, a model, and a singer. She says that she does not want to spend her life in prison for seducing the son of such an important man. She also says that pursuing a star is also possible because poor people can also pursue celebrities too. When she learns that the food delivery man is in love with an actress, she realizes that he is probably in another state of mind.
