This means that the deed is not a complete forgery, but rather a fake document. The young man wonders why he is not allowed to enter the family mansion, which was sold three years ago to Mr. Hezhenfu at an auction. The ghost of the guardian of the house, rakshasa, explains that although he has been doing business with the family for some time, there are strict rules regarding the exchange of money and currency between the two countries. Therefore, the young man has no other option but to steal money from the family.
