In this chapter, Dolo narrates the events of the previous day. He tells the audience that he has lost his way and is now wandering aimlessly. He realizes that he is in the wrong place at the wrong time, and that he must find his way back to Dolo's house. He invites Dolo to his house for a drink of water and tells him how to wash his clothes. Dolo tells him that he used to wash clothes for other people, but that his mother was too busy to do so. He also tells Dolo that there are some important matters that need to be taken care of at school.
