This is the first time that we've seen this beautiful woman, and she's the "most beautiful woman" in the empire. The first time we see her is when she was a member of the army, and the entire army's camp worshipped her as a "goddess." . She joined the army and trained herself even more. The battalion commander, who's supposed to be the new recruit's commander, shows up at the new recruits' camp and introduces himself as "zhou xiao pang" , the son of the commander. He's a new recruit, and he's excited to be assigned to the new battalion. He gives the battalion commander his recruit kit, which includes two new uniforms, a bow, and instructions on how to get dressed and report back to the camp the next day. He tells the commander to get changed into his new uniform so that he'll be able to show off his new-found manhood when he returns to the army camp the following day.
