Mighty Battle of Ming

This chapter's epigraph comes from the famous poem "Let Go of Miss Qingwu" . In this passage, the narrator laments the fact that the guardian cannot bear to see the two of them be parted. He is sure that this is because the guardian does not want to see them be separated. The narrator then proceeds to make fun of the guardian's behavior. He mocks the man's fear of being parted from the girl he loves. He also mocks his own cowardice, which he says makes him lose the man he loves
