In this short scene, Tommo tries to convince himself that he's not the only one who's been waiting for the return of Daichi. He's also the one who has been waiting all along for him to come back to the big screen. He wants to be a part of the action, and he wants to do it in a way that doesn't make him look like a total creep. He tells himself that if he runs into Daichi now, he'll be able to "blurt out" some "weird stuff" . Tommo wants to leave, but he can't get away from the fact that he looks like a "nige person" , so he tells himself to "just kidding" and "tap lo but catch" before he leaves.
