In this chapter, we learn that the shogun has locked himself in his house. He's waiting for the shinobi to show up and stab him in the back. We learn that he's been invited to his wedding, but he doesn't want anyone to know about it. He tells us that he and the other men are here to wait for him to come out of his hiding place and kill him. They'll wait until he does, and hope that once it's done, the last shreds of his soul will disappear forever.
