In this chapter, the narrator laments the fact that Eunjoo does not do enough for him. He feels lonely because she does not give him the attention he deserves. She touches his dick in a sexual way that makes him feel like a "temptress" . The narrator feels that he should be able to resist her touch, but he is unable to resist the "warm and soft feeling" that she gives him. When he sees her message, he realizes that she is not communicating with him, but with her "swamp" of "charms" that are "like a swamp." The narrator realizes that he cannot wait for tomorrow.
