The chapter opens with a soliloquy by the "dream guy" , who describes how his "ass" is "expanding to its limit" . He says that the sound of his lover's "swelling" makes him "skin crawl" and that he feels like he is "screwing something heavy" into his stomach. He tells us that he has a "part of me" that feels "credible from every thrust" and says that he wants to spend more time with him, but that he is panting because he is afraid of what his lover is going to do to him if he does not stop. He thanks Maoka for making him drink the potion, and says he would have done the same thing himself if he had known that it would cause him so much trouble. He asks her to wipe the "cum off" of his face before he leaves, and she agrees. She then tells him to "wipe forget about today" and to "just forget about wanting ing" to be "babied." She tells him that it is his "day off" that is sore, and he needs to see her ASAP. She says that she will help him, and then rattles off a list of things she has to do before she leaves. She asks if it is the potion that caused him to drink it, and when he says yes, she says she would have given him the potion if she had known it was going to cause him such trouble. She adds that she wants him to pretend that he never drank it and to forget about the whole "wanting to bebabied" thing. She gives him a kiss and says she will not leave until she has "wiped forget about" him.
