The Governess tells the Governess that she is starving and that she should eat later. She tells him that she has not heard anything from him since she told him to not do anything by himself. She says that she did not hear him when he told her not to do something by himself, since she was going to look into it. She then asks him if he heard her when he did something, and he says that he did, and that it was a man. He tells her that he was sure that she had done something again, and she says that it is not her. She also says that they have known each other for a long time, but that she does not believe anything she has heard from her son. She adds that she knows she is not a bad person anymore, and says that her son apologized to her for being a passe. She asks him why he wants to go back to his own home. He replies that he has to go work the next day, so he wanted to get the whole thing over with. He asks her why she wants to push him out of the room so quickly. She replies that she wants him to feel good, so that he does not dislike her anymore
